Deep fried hams!

These hams are a personal favorite and sell out every time we offer them.  These hams weigh on average 8-10lbs and are slow smoked with our unique blend of wood. Then we skillfully deep fry the whole ham until its crispy, juicy, and delicious! 

The flavor is. literally like bacon on a bone  :)
